Mark Mosch - Founding Partner, CEO, Investment Committee Member
As founder and CEO, Mark is responsible for the strategic planning and growth of the company. Mark focuses on developing partnerships with third-party management companies, financial institutions, as well as overseeing investor management. He maintains oversight over all aspects of AndMark. With two decades of Multi-family experience, Mr. Mosch is an accomplished real estate professional with proven ability to evaluate investment opportunities. Mr. Mosch holds a BA and an MBA from Northwestern University.
Luis Velez - Partner, Senior Vice President
Luis Velez is involved in many facets of AndMark’s business. He employs his broad knowledge to develop and apply portfolio and asset strategies for the company. Mr. Velez made the transition into real estate after spending 15 years in the financial sector. His experience includes financing over $300 million in real estate. Mr. Velez has a BS in Management from John Brown University, and an Executive MBA from the Wharton School.
Gerry Barth - Controller
Gerry Barth is primarily responsible for managing the accounting operations of the company. Mr. Barth oversees the production of all financial reports, internal controls, and audit procedures. In his capacity as controller, Mr. Barth ensures financial reports comply with generally accepted accounting principles. Mr. Barth has a BS in Accounting and Finance, a CPA, and joined AndMark after a successful career as a Senior Accountant at Arthur Anderson, and as an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley.
Matt Walsh - Partner, Property Acquisitions
Matt Walsh is actively pursuing acquisition opportunities across the United States and is responsible for the initial underwriting of those opportunities. He prepares detailed financial models, and market research for each deal. Mr. Walsh has played an instrumental role in securing of over 4,000 multifamily units with a total capitalization over $250 million. Mr. Walsh has a BA in Business Administration from SUNY Geneseo and has been involved in multi-family management operations for the last 15 years.
Shannon Stephens - Asset Management
Shannon Stephens is responsible for reviewing the profit-and-loss performance of each AndMark property to achieve operational success. Her experience in real estate management has allowed her to make an immediate impact on due diligence efforts, property takeover, and budget support. Prior to joining AndMark, Ms. Stevens worked for a national multifamily manager. Shannon attended Ouachita Baptist University where she received her BA degree.
